Alex Kirby, Founder and CEO of Total Family Management (TFM), is a visionary leader based in the Washington DC-Baltimore area. He established TFM in 2022, driven by the belief that family is central to everyone’s life. TFM offers unique family coaching experiences through private virtual coaching and proprietary software.
Before TFM, Alex was Vice President of Sales at Sandler Training, where he managed sales teams and enterprise client relationships. He also has a substantial background in commercial banking from his time at M&T Bank. Complementing his professional endeavors, Alex has been actively involved in community service, notably with the Baltimore Educational Scholarship Trust and as a coach for the MD RoughRiders Elite Rising Juniors.
Alex holds an MBA from the University of Maryland – Robert H. Smith School of Business, a B.A. in Finance from Canisius College, and has served as a guest lecturer at Washington University in St. Louis. His leadership at TFM is focused on providing comprehensive support to families, ensuring confidentiality and catering to a diverse clientele.
