In 2022, she founded Iconic Wealth, a boutique financial planning practice in Mandurah dedicated to helping clients navigate the complexities of retirement with confidence and clarity.
Kelly’s vision for Iconic Wealth was simple but powerful: create a values-led business where every decision, interaction, and success is grounded in authenticity. Today, her practice is known for delivering technically excellent, deeply personal advice that aligns financial strategy with life goals.
With a Master’s in Financial Planning and advanced accreditation in Aged Care, Kelly is widely respected for her integrity, technical skill, and compassionate guidance—particularly during life’s most critical transitions. Many of her clients have been with her for over a decade, a testament to the trust and long-term value she builds.
A passionate mentor and industry leader, Kelly has supported planners across WA for more than 20 years and continues to shape the next generation through her work with current Professional Year (PY) candidate.
Beyond her professional life, Kelly is an active and deeply committed community advocate. She serves as Vice Chair of OVIS Community Services, the leading crisis accommodation provider for women and children escaping family violence in the Peel Region—an area close to her heart through lived experience.
She also co-founded the Business Women’s Collective, a not-for-profit networking group with over 100 members, created to foster genuine connection and empower women in business across the region.
