Rachael is the CEO and co-founder of People for Purpose who, for over a decade, have existed to ensure outstanding leadership and governance exists within Australian charities. Something she is very passionate about. Previously she was founding CEO of Australian Philanthropic Services, who are leading the growth of private philanthropy in Australia. She has worked in fundraising in the UK.
Rachael currently serves on the Board of the Menzies Foundation for Leadership and on the Advisory Councils of Raise Foundation, who exist to provide mentors to young people. She is an Ambassador for the National Centre for Childhood Grief.
She is a mum to 3 kids, a closet country music fan and a current MBA student at the Australian Graduate School of Management (UNSW) specialising in Social Impact.
